I just want to say a little hello to my new followers. I post stuff all the time and make jokes and I TOTALLY forget that some people may have only just started following me yesterday and are like quot;um, who is the crazy girlquot;. So for the people who DON#039;T know me. I#039;m from Adelaide SA, I#039;m 25 – Greek and a personal trainer. I LOVE my family more than anything. My best friends are my grandparents (who often feature on my page). They literally drive me insane (in a good way) but are the BEST people on the planet. I love helping people and giving as much as I can. My mum is one of those amazing Greek mums who will do ANYTHING for anyone and I think I grew up thinking that was normal. I get told off by my friends sometimes because I try and help EVERYONE and end up forgetting about myself sometimes. My dad is an absolute legend (both my parents are teachers). Dad loves anything to do with the garden (typical Greek) He#039;s just the coolest. My sister @leahitsines is the funniest person ever and she always cooks tobi and I the best stuffed squid!! We love her. Anyway!! In 2015, I release my first ever ebook quot;The Bikini Body Guidequot; #BBG (part one and two) with @tobi_pearce and then we created the #sweatwithkayla APP!! @tobi_pearce and I are trying to change the way women look at the words quot;BIKINI BODYquot; by showcasing women from ALL of the world with different stories, different body types and different journeys. We want #039;BIKINI BODY#039; to be seen as confidence and health, not the way someone looks on the outside – but how they FEEL on the inside Over the past 3 years we have done world tours and worked alongside some of the biggest companies in the world …. but at the end of the day, my favourite part is actually meeting you ladies and hearing your stories I could honestly just do that all day every day!
