i used to hate the beach- i thought it was boring and itchy and smelled bad. but then i started to get to know it, and appreciate it, and fall in love with it. for all of its beauty and worth and all that it gives to the world.
and i think people are like the ocean, too. sometimes im quick to pass judgement because of who i am as a person- not who they are and what life theyre living. i want to be better at appreciating people and getting to know them, for who they are- and loving them on the spot. because so many people are good in this world. i choose to believe that. and so far- ive been proven right. but i know i can be better. quot;I think it’s impossible to really understand somebody, what they want, what they believe, and not love them the way they love themselves.quot;
