Let's be clear. This nation was established by murdering natives and then built by enslaving, tormenting, segregating, and penalizing people who look like me for no other reason than the color of our skin. Yet so many of us are able to look beyond the bloody soil and strange fruit and still see opportunity and hope. This makes me certain that God has answered our prayers and blessed America with grace, but the question remains when will America finally begin to bless God by sharing grace with others?
