Instead of getting her the little bit of help that she needed, her owners tied her to a fence and left her to rot! She is a #volunteer favorite but who wouldn't love that smile?! The #ACC staff is really trying to get her placed with a partner that can get her the medical help she needs. She has become extremely depressed in the shelter which caused 3 different staff members to e-mail us asking for help. Everyone is heartbroken for this sweet soul.
