Had the most incredible morning! Woke up to some birds chirping, ran along the beach at sunrise, went for a quick swim, did morning yoga, ate a fresh breakfast and then laying by the pool listening to the sound of the waves breaking just beyond my reach 🤗 My insides are smiling so much right now!! Guests will be arriving soon and we are about to start day 1 of our Yoga and Movement retreat here at @nihiwatu resort in Sumba!!! So excited to be able to share this experience with so manyothers from all across the world!
