Sitting with people you respect and discussing things that matter, sometimes light, sometimes heavy topics brings about growth in ways I am grateful for. A friend once told me, “ When you have something painful inside you or that you are afraid of, something that feels dark, bring it out into the light and it shall be darkness no more.” Talking is bringing things into the light.
