Chinese sticky rice cake (Nian Gao). It’s got a great chewy texture like mochi and it’s gluten-free. I stir-fried it with Napa, buckchoy, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, black mushrooms & scallions with black bean & garlic sauce, and vegetable stir-fry sauce. I also made one with ground turkey for the kids.
I like adding hot sauce to mine. Cuz so like things spicy!
