Q– What do you think about the Street art boom? Do you think that there are still prejudices regarding street art or do you think it is accepted as other movements in art history?

A– I don't really think about it. Time will tell. I wonder if fashion enthusiasts had a problem with the word 'T-shirt' when it first came about? Its interesting how everything needs to be labeled. Public art has always existed even though it is now called 'street art'. Michelangelo used to wheel his sculptures into the street in the dead of night. Regardless of the obvious necessity to identify movements or identities for that matter , I have a problem with labels. So to answer your question – it's not my job to help people feel comfortable with defining what I am apart of. It doesn't really matter to me personally where or what I paint on as long as I like what im doing and I do it with a positive attitude that's all that matters to me.
