Yesterday I visited @springgardensdetox center. Lara, The head of their marketing team wrote me an email after I posted about my struggle with addiction. Her and I talked about working together in some capacity to continue to spread awareness about addiction and recovery. I shot a video with her and this crew to open up about my entire experience with substance abuse. It was a really amazing day. The over all message is that we all have times in our lives where we struggle and it’s always ok to ask for help. It’s never too late to change your life. #addiction #recovery #awareness #opportunity
