I had an opportunity to attend one of the most powerful gatherings I have ever witnessed Oscar week. I walked in a room full of some of my biggest onscreen Sheroes intimately celebrating each other and each other#039;s accomplishments. I always always always dreamed of seeing us artists sitting around on couches drinking kicking our heels off and engaging in genuine talk. Not filtered fake love and conversations but real honest sincere quot;I want you to win!quot; Interactions! The way each woman was able to express her vulnerable and feel understood by her fellow artist sister was no small thing. It#039;s so important to know you have a tribe of women who see you, are rooting for you, understand you, and can inspire you. truth be told we are all in this together. Thank you @realalfrewoodard for being a leader and starting this ritual amp; inviting me, along with so many empowering women, to such an unforgettable experience.
