P.A.CE. transforms female garment factory workers. @ICRW has been evaluating the modules and outcomes for ten years. I heard personal stories that are one miracle after another. From correct hand washing to savings, from helper to supervisor of 14 production lines; from doing all the work at home to sharing chores and childcare with husband, from treated badly by mother in law to that same mother in law coming to PACE herself and loving it, from being distressed a daughter was born to valuing and her and saving for her education, P.A.C.E. stories impress, inspire; and change lives. Oh. It also increases employee productivity and company profits. Thank you, @gap for your leadership in having the curriculum in factories where you manufacture.
